It has been (obviously) some time since I last posted anything here. A major contributing factor to this was a fire which destroyed the top floor of my residence in August, and with it the overwhelming majority of my possessions. Recovering all the important items took some time, although I am now close to where I was.

Regarding artistic efforts, the most significant thing I've done has been the layout for 2008's Matie Diary. For this I drew ink sketches of various well-known scenes on campus (a piece of one is shown above). I will post these sketches somewhere in a month or two, once the diaries are printed and safely in the hands of the students.

I have also recently aquired a Canon EOS Rebel XTi (or 400D, as it's known here). This has caused me to have great fun taking photo's of everything I can find - hence the flickr account to which there is a link on the right of the page. Feel free to peruse my photo's and leave some comments. I am new to photography, so would welcome any useful criticism or feedback.

I will hopefully do some more drawings or paintings soon, and will post them when I do...
