Exams have started, and consequently I find myself with a lot of "free" time. As a result I have finally started a new picture. It is (nominally) of a girl dancing, and as a teaser I give you the girl's dress, with some of the original sketch showing. It will probablystill be some time in the making, but I hope the final image will be worthwhile.

I find myself missing traditional, non-digital mediums. Judging colour, getting the right level of sharp edge but smooth blending and so forth is more challenging with Photoshop than one would expect, and it's taking me a while to get the hang of it. I still haven't quite found the best way to approach digital art. That said, the advantages are great, and I have no doubt that were I to sketch or paint the limitations thus imposed would also frustrate me.
